We’re searching for a new role of Assistant Hotel Manager to work alongside our Hotel Manager and lead the guest experience across all aspects of the operation.

The Assistant Hotel Manager role involves a wide range of duties that include event planning, financial management and guest services.

Key Tasks:

  • Complete Duty Management shifts
  • Comply with company policies on recruitment, induction and training
  • Deal effectively with absence of folk and performance manage as per policies
  • Maintain health and safety requirements in all areas, ensuring that the necessary security is in place.
  • Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies in all service areas
  • Overall Hotel operational responsibility in the absence of the Hotel Manager
  • Propose and implement new ways of increasing revenue and profitability in all areas
