POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in supporting the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE RECOVERY

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge teams to deliver seamless, personalized service.
  • Uphold Viceroy’s commitment to guest satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and hospitality standards.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
