As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily supervision, organizing and maintenance of the rooms, and common-use areas of the hotel with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and supervising the housekeeping team Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory Schedule staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures Proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Familiarity with health and safety regulations Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset Competitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Accommodation (if necessary) and Board Transportation costs Participation in educational programs
