Description JOB SUMMARY As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our housekeeping team to ensure every guest experiences the comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail HCW is known for. You’ll support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining brand standards, and inspiring your team to deliver excellence every day. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances people management with operational execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and laundry services. Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. Monitor schedules, manage daily assignments, and assist with staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment to support seamless operations. Address guest requests, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest experiences. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. WHAT YOU BRING Progressive hospitality leadership experience. Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or hotel operations. Strong organizational and time management skills with sharp attention to detail. A hands-on, team-focused leadership style that inspires trust and accountability. Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and maintain composure in fast-paced situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and guests alike.
