JOB SUMMARY: ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR/HOUSEKEEPER

Comfort Inn is seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor/Housekeeper to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This dual-role position includes performing routine housekeeping tasks while supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will take initiative, lead by example, and contribute to a clean, comfortable environment for all guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous housekeeping experience required; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Help organize cleaning schedules and ensure proper supply usage.
  • Step in for the Housekeeping Supervisor when needed to coordinate shift tasks or team communication.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and consistency across guest rooms and public areas.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies.
  • Help train and mentor housekeeping team members to maintain brand and safety standards.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
