Just a stone’s throw from the many favourite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options. To support this commitment, we’re looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who will help uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and comfortable stay. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Supervising, training, and motivating housekeeping team members to ensure consistent service standards are met Conducting regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain luxury brand standards Supporting scheduling, manpower planning, and task delegation to ensure operational efficiency Monitoring linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels Coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and laundry teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly Assisting in managing departmental budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in line with company policies and local regulations Handling guest feedback and concerns professionally and supporting service recovery when required What We need from you: Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management Minimum of 4 years’ experience in housekeeping operations within a hospitality environment, including supervisory experience Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and cleaning best practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
