We are seeking a Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Develop schedules for housekeeping staff to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in housekeeping or hotel management.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices is a plus.
• Weekend availability required
