OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and janitorial services, with a focus on effective management and training of staff. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and impeccably clean for all guests.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning practices.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to uphold quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
• Implement effective floor care techniques to maintain the appearance of carpets, tiles, and other surfaces.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping practices.
