Location: Cannock
Salary: £30,135.00 per annum
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week to include evenings and weekends and on-call rota
Assessment Centre: Week Commencing 29th September
Interview: Week Commencing 6th October

Responsibilities

We provide an exceptional standard of living to our residents with a focus on nurturing each individual to achieve personal goals to lead a meaningful life. Our residents love activities such as bingo, quizzes, dominoes and day trips. We support the residents here with personal care, medication administration, wellbeing support and with accessing the community.
In this role, you will have a direct hand in making a difference to their life not only from a Care perspective but also from taking care of their Housing needs. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead, mentor, coach a team of Housing and Care Assistants to deliver person centered care to our residents.
