De Palm Tours is seeking a seasoned Assistant Human Resources Director to lead and support HR initiatives across the company. This role requires a strategic and people-focused leader who can translate business strategies into actionable HR programs, foster a collaborative culture, and drive organizational growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years HR Advisory or Supervisory experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, organizational development, and labor law.
  • Proficiency with digital HR administration tools.
  • Experience coaching leaders and managing difficult employee situations.
  • Strong leadership mindset, high stress tolerance, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous operations/service role before transitioning into HR
  • Experience in Learning & Development or training programs
  • Familiarity with Payroll Pro
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and team member engagement initiatives.
  • Advise and coach supervisors and managers on HR responsibilities and labor law compliance.
  • Manage performance management programs, compensation, rewards, and collective labor agreements.
