We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position at the HKMU Consultants (Shenzhen) Limited 都大顧問 (深圳) 有限公司. The appointee will be stationed in Shenzhen and will report dually to the management in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all positions (including full-time, part-time and internship roles), ensuring all hiring activities are completed on time and in full compliance. Plan and drive key human resources initiatives, including overall HR planning and manpower deployment, and the establishment of systems and procedures for recruitment, compensation and benefits, attendance, training and development, performance management and employee relations, to ensure compliance and support efficient operations. Provide efficient one-stop HR services and advisory support, including handling employee relations matters, maintaining harmonious labour relations and mitigating employment risks. Utilise the human resources information system to manage daily workflows, maintain HR documents and records, and compile and analyse HR data. Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations in Mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as the rules, regulations and internal governance requirements of Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Maintain close communication and coordination with the HR team in Hong Kong and provide timely updates on relevant matters. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 6 years of relevant work experience. Solid PRC HR knowledge and hands-on experience, including HR management systems, relevant PRC labour laws and regulations and market trends. A people-oriented and service-driven work mindset. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in common office software (advanced Excel skills are an advantage). Good written and spoken Chinese and English (strong English proficiency is an advantage). Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Candidates with substantial and relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Human Resources Manager.
