Description
Responsibilities Deliver a full spectrum of professional human resources (HR) services to support HK Property and International Businesses, covering international mobility, compensation management, workforce planning and employee communications Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure statutory compliance and uphold corporate governance, while promoting best practices and employer branding Conduct data-driven analyses and prepare timely statistical and narrative reports to support decision-making Participate in HR projects, provide expert advice on complex HR matters and support implementation across client departments Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness Represent HR in staff consultative meetings and communication sessions to communicate and gauge staff sentiments, and assist in the preparation of communication materials Requirements Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Psychology / Communications or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level Strong knowledge of HR statutory requirements and functional areas Experience in working with offshore offices and familiarity with international labour markets (e.g. Australia) is an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese Agile, proactive and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure and embrace change Proficient in digital tools and platform such as Power BI and HR Management System Remarks Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Human Resources Executive position Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
