POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Human Resources Manager supports the Human Resources Manager in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department by delivering comprehensive HR services that support the hotel's business objectives and human resources strategy. The Assistant Human Resources Manager assists in the execution of a broad range of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, internship management, Talent care, Talent engagement activities, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role works closely with all departments to provide HR support and create a positive work environment and talent experience. The role is expected to demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, a proactive attitude, and strong communication and coordination skills, ensuring all HR activities are effectively executed in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
