Description
Key Responsibilities : Enforcing Time and Attendance Policies. Utilizing Timekeeping Systems and Software. Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations. Managing Shift Scheduling, Schedule Coordination & Shift Change Requests. Attendance Analysis and Reporting including Absenteeism Trends & metrics. Tracking Employee Work Hours Monitoring Attendance including managing time off & overtime tracking. Maintaining Attendance Records in Updating Systems, Data Verification & Record Retention. Support Payroll Integration and Payroll related errors resolution. Employee Time Reporting and Communication. Compiling and updating employee records (hard & soft copies). Gathering training needs, developing and execution training calendar for Staff category employees. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or HND in HRM / Management or any relevant professional qualification (full /partial). Prior experience in HR administration will be an added advantage. Language proficiency in both Sinhala and English. Knowledge on Microsoft package. Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility, and a can - do - attitude to work.
