As a unified platform, the Activewear Value Stream combines global scale, speed and technical expertise, positioning MAS as a trusted partner for innovative, performance and lifestyle apparel.   Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Activewear team as an Assistant – Human Resources Operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor employee overtime hours and related costs.  * Manage time and attendance records accurately and consistently.  * Prepare and verify overtime (OT) reports.  * Compile and provide required data to support the monthly payroll process.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS   * Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field * 1–2 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or a similar role.  * Strong communication and negotiation skills.  * Ability to effectively work with technology and HR systems.  * Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
