Key Responsibilities * Liaise with Production and other departments to identify manpower requirements, attract, select and recruit suitable employees (Staff/ Worker) in order to fulfill manpower requirements.  * Promote employee moral/ motivation by focusing on training and development programs, work life balancing initiatives whilst, monitoring employee absenteeism/ turnover. * Develop positive employee relations through effective communication in order to minimize absenteeism and labor turnover and enhance motivation levels. * Organize recruitment campaigns whilst, selecting appropriate locations. Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies: * Qualification in Human Resources or any other relevant Qualification. * 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity   * Good Communication and Interpersonal skills   * IT Literacy  * Good Communication/ Interpersonal skills 
Responsibilities
