We are expanding our team in the Munich area and are looking for a full-time team member to join our finance department.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Independent handling of financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting)
• Preparation of payment lists and cash flow planning
• Monitoring and reconciliation of corporate credit card statements
• General administrative support in financial controlling
• Travel expense reporting and maintenance of the time tracking syste

In addition to a strong interest in the diverse tasks of a finance department, you bring the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration, or a comparable qualification in a commercial field
• Applicants who do not have the same commercial qualification but possess extensive experience in a similar role are also welcome
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ideally, experience with ERP Navision
• Excellent German and English skills; Spanish skills are a plu
