Description

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual pool in Auburn. As an AIN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and support to clients in aged care, community, or clinical settings. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and want to make a real difference in people’s lives.(Please do not apply if you haven’t worked in the age care.) Especially No Support Workers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Health Services Assistance (or working towards)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • National Police Check (current or ability to obtain)
  • NSW Working With Children Check (if required)
  • Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
  • Previous experience in aged care at least 6 months
    Job Type: Casual
    Pay: $38.00 – $70.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week

  • Assist clients with daily living activities including:
  • Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting)
  • Feeding and hydration
  • Mobility assistance and transfers
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
  • Assist with simple clinical tasks under supervision
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Follow care plans and document services delivered
  • Adhere to infection control and manual handling procedures
