Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a full-time Assistant in Nursing (AIN) in our aged care facility, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily care and wellbeing of our residents. Working under the supervision of registered nurses, you will assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support, while also helping to monitor residents’ health and comfort. Your compassionate and attentive approach will contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, communicating effectively with the care team, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection control are upheld at all times.
