The Role In accordance with Agency policy, legal requirements and the attached Assistant in Nursing/Assistant in Midwifery - Workplace Guidelines, the Assistant in Nursing/Midwifery (AIN/AIM) provides nursing care as delegated by the Registered Nurse (RN), and within the direction and supervision of the RN or Enrolled Nurse (EN), in accordance with the nursing care plan. This role may vary slightly depending on the area in which the AIN/AIM works. Details of Appointment Fixed term, full time, shift worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible for a period of up to twelve (12) months. Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Classification: Assistant in Nursing, Grade 1 Nurse Salary $66,935 - $73,138 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging * Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 *Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies.
