About the Opportunity
Langley Talent Group partners with a range of leading residential aged care providers across Sydney’s North Shore. We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) interested in permanent night shift positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy the quieter pace of night shifts while providing meaningful, one-to-one care for residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering person-centred support that respects residents’ needs, routines, and preferences.
• Assisting with daily living tasks (hygiene, grooming, mobility, and comfort).
• Maintaining professional documentation and escalation practices.
• Working collaboratively with supportive care teams.

Roster: Minimum 2 nights per week, with opportunities for additional shifts.

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support (Essential).
• At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, professional, and compassionate under pressure.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality resident care.
