About the role

Permanent Part-Time shifts available in a stand-alone residential aged care home in Highgate Hill providing personalised support to older adults, many of whom come from a Greek cultural background. You will provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance within a small, dedicated team in a homelike environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance
• Work within a small, dedicated team in a homelike environment
• Support residents in a culturally respectful way, including understanding Greek traditions, values, and communication styles
• Contribute to a calm, safe, and dignified living environment

About you

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Experience in residential aged care essential
• Kind, patient, and resident-focused approach
• Ability to communicate respectfully with residents and families
• Understanding of Greek culture or willingness to learn
