Pay Rate: $42.83 – $94.21 per hour + superannuation (casual rates, including penalties)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual pool, providing high-quality care and support to residents in aged care facilities across Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for compassionate, committed individuals who take pride in delivering respectful, person-centred care.

Experience:

• Aged care: 1 year (Preferred

• Providing personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Supporting resident mobility and transfers
• Assisting with meals and feeding
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health
• Offering companionship and emotional support
  Requirements:

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within aged care
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current influenza vaccination (in line with healthcare regulations)
• Reliable transport and availability for shift work
