Description
Responsible in greeting and welcoming visitors, managing the reception area, handling phone calls and messages, and ensuring that all visitors are properly checked in and directed to their desired destination. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Registration & Verification - Handle daily registration of vendors, visitors, and contractors via registration systems. - Verify documents such as identification cards, work permits, and company authorization letters. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of registration details. Access Control - Issue badges according to access permissions and ensure proper return and tracking. - Support badge activation, deactivation, and replacement processes. - Coordinate with security and IT teams for access rights Compliance Monitoring - Ensure that all entries comply with company EHS and security requirements. - Report any suspicious documentation or access attempts immediately. Other Duties - Support internal events, emergency access, and ad hoc tasks when required. - Attend team briefings and training sessions. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or similar/ other related course Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role with below skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in customer service and cross-cultural communication skills. Experience is managing switchboard with the ability to operate a telephone system in a courteous and pleasant manner.
