JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of our real estate rental and trading business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of rental management (preferred)
  • Mandarin language skills (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Prepare lease agreements
  • Handle phone inquiries and schedule property viewings
  • Conduct reference and credit checks
  • Collect and deposit rent cheques as needed
  • Perform move-in/move-out inspections
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
  • Show rental properties as required
  • Manage website and update social media weekly
  • Assist with marketing plan execution
  • Support sales development and lead generation
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure timely completion of team projects
