About the role: As the Assistant Insights Manager, Snacking ANZ, you will be part of a team who are responsible for the delivery of top tier financial results for the Snacking Portfolio by putting the consumer at the heart of all decision making and delivering comprehensive, inspirational and integrated consumer/shopper and category insights. Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to): Proactively participate in key decision-making forums that drive consumer centric decision making within our organisation. Consumer and Shopper Insights support across leading snacking brands. Working with the team on insights plans for brand positioning and creative development, new product strategy and product development, foresight development and post launch reviews. Support marketing, sales and insights teams on the effectiveness of category & brand strategies and execution of plans. Lead the brand tracking program across our snacking portfolio including managing our agency partner. Manage and maintain the insight budget tracking, and internal compliance requirements. About You: Naturally curious, proactive, and always seeking better problem-solving approaches. Tertiary qualified with 2+ years of experience in market research (agency or client-side). Exposure to a broad range of research projects including brand tracking studies, innovation and creative development. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. A good level of technical market research, marketing, analytical expertise is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and discuss insights with stakeholders. A collaborative team player. Why Mondelēz?
