THE ROLE

Our Assistant Integrations Manager will support the implementation, coordination, and
optimisation of system integrations across the organisation. This role will help to crucially assist in managing the lifecycle of Application Programming Interface (API), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and third-party platform integrations to ensure seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring integration projects
• Support the technical implementation of APIs and third-party system connections
• Coordinate between internal departments, vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful integration outcomes
• Troubleshoot integration issues and assist in root cause analysis and resolution
• Document integration processes, configurations, and user guidelines
• Maintain integration logs and monitor system performance
• Collaborate with developers and system architects on system architecture and optimisation
• Ensure data accuracy and security across integrated systems
• Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and platform transitions
• Provide training and support to end users regarding integrated system use
