White Sesame Studio, a London-based design startup, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Intern to support our projects and day-to-day operations. This voluntary, part-time internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, client communication, and creative studio management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to the project manager
• Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries
• Attend project sites to ensure smooth installations
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics companies
• Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and messages
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
