We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant IT Manager – Store Operations & Infrastructure to support and optimize our IT operations across store locations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong expertise in store systems (NCR Aloha, NBO, NetSuite integrations).
• Knowledge of cloud services (OneDrive, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Admin).
• Basic to intermediate skills in cybersecurity, especially store-level device security and patch management.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN setup, internet configurations, ISP coordination, and failover internet setup.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Leadership and team development.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
• Strong documentation, SOP creation, and reporting skills.
• Vendor and stakeholder management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7-10 years of IT experience (minimum 2 years in team or project lead role).
• Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality environments preferred.
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

• Lead IT operations across Jollibee stores and manage a team of field engineers.
• Oversee daily tech operations, including POS, Inventory, DMB, and kiosks.
• Ensure proper internet setup, including failover, static IP management, VPN tunnels, and bandwidth management.
• Manage cloud-based solutions (e.g., OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Zoho, NCR Cloud Console) and ensure data sync and compliance.
• Implement cybersecurity practices, such as device lockdowns, endpoint protection, secure passwords, and firewall rules.
• Coordinate closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams for project implementation.
• Define IT checklists, store audit templates, and escalation matrices.
• Support compliance and audit readiness across stores.
• Assist in budgeting, vendor evaluation, and IT procurement.
