Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Respond to and diagnose technical issues for employees, providing solutions for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Hardware Management: Manage the deployment of company devices, perform repairs on equipment like PCs and printers, CCTV and maintain inventory.
  • Software Support: Install and update software, drivers, and applications, ensuring they run without error.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Network Assistance: Assist with basic network configuration, monitoring, and ensuring connectivity for users.
  • Data Management: Perform data backups and support efforts to secure and maintain data integrity.
  • User Onboarding: Generate sign-ins and provide necessary IT equipment to new hires.
