Job Description Be the backbone of our office by managing schedules, correspondence, and smooth day-to-day operations. Work closely with leadership to support the SSC Manager on communications, projects, and team initiatives. Bring people together by organizing travel, meetings, and events that create seamless experiences for colleagues and partners. Keep our workplace running efficiently by overseeing office supplies and ensuring everything is in place when needed. Champion safety and best practices by helping us stay compliant with HSE requirements and driving continuous improvements. Qualifications Proven expertise in office administration, travel planning, and meeting coordination at management level. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate confidently across cultures. Reliability under pressure, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset that makes you a trusted partner. Digital fluency with excellent English, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and modern online tools. Organizational talent – detail-oriented, adaptable, and quick to learn in a fast-moving environment.
