JOB PROFILE Company: Unilever Malaysia Holdings Business Function: Unilever Food Solutions – Customer Development Job Title: Assistant Key Account Manager – (Hotel) Scope: Local Work Location: Unihome Malaysia Employment Type: Permanent Full Time The Purpose of Role: A successful Assistant Key Account Manager (AKAM) accountable for the assigned geography on the sales, as well as improve sales turn over in Hotel customers and operators, carry out cooking demo, recipe sharing and product application activities to grow market share. Team Structure: Reporting to: Key Account Manager Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to monitor account performance and ensure target achievement. Handle existing customer accounts for sales expansion, develop exiting customer or open new accounts within territory area, to ensure new SKU penetration, to execute marketing promotion activities/channel activation to achieve Focus to promote core category product's range while doing normal duty. Handle customers’ needs or order on daily operation, Cooking demo for customers to maximise SKU range use in the outlets. Attend sales training course and development programmes and put the learning into practice. Continuously build good relationship with customer Communicate and co-ordinate with colleague and others department to meet customer satisfaction. Ensure effective visibility, activity execution, and new menu implementation, communicating with customers in timely manner and aligning with country plans and resource allocation. Provide regular reports and feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities Co-develop national hotel strategy to growth Unilever food solutions market share. Conduct Bi-monthly tracking with other stakeholders to track hotel business performance. Co-develop Hotel relevant recipes with Chefs to drive incremental SKU penetrations. Achieving 100% routing compliances and hotel visitation. Travel: 50% of traveling time is required. Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge: Relevant experience in field sales/key account management/modern trade Experience in FMCG or Food Service industry. Good knowledge and connection in Horeca business Desirable Experience/Skill/Knowledge: Passion for Growth: to demonstrate “Can-Do “attitude and leadership to reach outstanding growth levels.
