The Rise & Shine Hospitality Group is looking for energetic, hands on, team members for Breakfast Republic Encinitas.
Now scheduling interviews for:
-Assistant Kitchen Manager
Applicants MUST have Friday, Saturday, Sunday Availability. No exceptions.
-Daytime hours- 7am to 3pm
Our Ideal Candidate:
-Has Kitchen Management experience, breakfast experience is a plus
-Is a morning person, values a daytime schedule
-Is hospitality focused

Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu planning and dietary department guidelines
- Collaborate with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the food service
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Adhere to all regulations and guidelines set by the food industry
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables or cutting meat, using knives or other kitchen tools
Requirements
-Must be able to lift 40lbs
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
