Common Man Roadside is hiring Assistant Kitchen Managers for our Hooksett locations!  The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager in the operations and performance of the kitchen to meet organizational objectives. Duties include: * Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production * Ordering and inventory management * Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs * Safety and sanitation * Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers as needed.
