WHAT YOU’LL DO * Assist in managing kitchen operations and motivating the team * Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards * Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control * Collaborate on menu development and innovation * Streamline operations to improve efficiency and productivity WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * One to two years of experience in a professional kitchen * ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain * Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform well under pressure * Experience with restaurant management software (preferred) * Culinary degree or certificate and inventory management experience (preferred) PAY RANGE $45,000–$55,000 per year, plus monthly bonuses OUR CULTURE: PASSION.
