JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is preferred.
  • Background in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
