JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within quick service or fast food restaurants.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
  • Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of financial management in a restaurant setting.
  • Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or banquet services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address guest concerns effectively.
  • Background in hospitality management or culinary arts is preferred.
