The Assistant Kitchen Manager will oversee the general management of all foodservice operations, which includes: food and labor cost management, kitchen schedule, vendor relationship cultivation and management, inventory management, training, food safety and sanitation management, daily support for each location, and instructional tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Collaborate with Store Management
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner
• Food managers permit
• Experience in a Wok Kitchen

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
• Professional working proficiency of Spanish
• Technologically savvy
• Must love Chinese food!

  Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
