KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor attendance of shift, build team culture and safe working environment and process related front‐end knitting process among associates. * Communicate the production plan to the technical team to ensure all the changeovers are managed efficiently while maximizing the knitting production by day to day problem solving. * Aligning to the front‐end knitting plan by Allocating the diameter wise knitting machines based on the Plan and actual machine output. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Passed in Advanced Level in Science Stream or a Diploma or certification course related to Science/ Engineering/Textile/Engineering. * 1 ‐ 2 years of relevant work experience. * Sound communication and Negotiation skills. * Problem solving and analytical skills Innovation and ingenuity.

Responsibilities

The assistant will monitor shift attendance, foster a positive team culture, and ensure a safe working environment within the front-end knitting process. Key duties include communicating production plans to the technical team for efficient changeovers and maximizing daily knitting output through problem-solving.
