Description Identify development gaps and establish learning plans, program curriculum design and training delivery, work with HO L&D team for execution Support functional Heads to develop the cross-function learning programs Establish and execute the high potential development plan to build the leadership pipeline Guide and monitor local countries to improve the on-boarding experience of new hires including Global Onboarding Completion status and other local onboarding initiatives Manage the LMS user data to ensure that all users can access and utilize the platform properly according to the agreed timeline Create and manage the learning initiatives to build learning culture in the organization Employee Relations (ER) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Enhance the staff engagement level by analyzing the needs from the employees in different levels and functions by using different tools and channels to plan and design various ER activities to employees Manage ER and CSR activities for Regional Office including but not limited to annual gatherings, happy hour moments, charity and volunteer activities which are initiated by Global or Regional HR Function Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred Minimum 3-5 years of solid learning & development experience in MNC with regional exposure preferred Proactive, positive mindset and willing to take on new challenges with passion Creative and innovative thinking able to translate the business needs into practical HR and Learning & Development solutions A team-player with a strong collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership Excellent command of both written & spoken in Cantonese/Mandarin & English Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Graphic design/ Video editing/ SNS management experience such as LinkedIn preferred Management Trainee Program experience preferred
