Job Description Deliver internal training programs to team members Administer the training records and training hours on Mertics Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in monitoring the course enrolment of new team members to ensure that they complete the mandatory training within the first 3 months of joining Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in sourcing and liaising with external training providers on required training based on the training needs of the team members Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in preparing PowerPoint presentation for training modules and updating them as required Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in managing and handling the training related matters such as application, payment, etc. Plan, organize and order training supplies for training needs Work effectively as a team member with other members of the management and the resort Practice living the VPV standards and values in the daily work activities and deliver our Promise to our guests that every encounter is indeed. To undertake whatever related duties or tasks that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
