THE ROLE

We’re looking for motivated Assistant Landscape Technicians to join our team. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced crew members, learning the trade, contributing to projects, and helping us deliver the level of service our clients expect. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support your crew in completing landscape maintenance and installation projects
• Prepare tools and materials to keep projects running smoothly
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors in a professional, polite manner
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe job site
• Keep accurate daily time and work records in our company systems
• Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
