Job Description • Responsible to oversee and manage the hotel training program. • Conduct training needs analysis annually and budget. • Deliver SOFITEL brand, leadership, soft skills, hotel standards training to the employees. • Report on the training delivery and learning program implemented. • Establish relationship with local & international schools/NGOs. • Manage the performance appraisal process of the employees in line with the Leadership Capability Framework. Qualifications • Bachelor degree in human resource management, training or similar field. • Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience. • Significant understanding of adult learning principles. • Knowledge of utilizing e-learning platforms and practices. • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times. • Strong communication skills in Khmer and English. • Professional Trainer certification is required.
