Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and mandatory training programs. Organize and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and learning activities. Support the implementation of brand learning initiatives and corporate training programs. Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance outcomes. Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants. Training Administration Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learning reports. Update training matrices and monitor completion of mandatory learning. Prepare monthly training reports and analyze training statistics. Manage training materials, presentations, and learning resources. Compliance & Brand Standards Ensure compliance with company, brand, and legal training requirements. Coordinate mandatory compliance training, including health & safety, food safety, and other statutory programs. Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete training documentation. Talent Development Assist in identifying high-potential employees and supporting talent development initiatives. Coordinate leadership development programs, mentoring, and succession planning activities. Support employee engagement activities that promote a learning culture. Collaboration Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses. Work closely with Human Resources on employee development initiatives. Coordinate with external trainers, learning partners, and corporate L&D teams when required. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with at least 1 year at Supervisory level, Hotel operational experience is desirable.
