Responsibilities Support the design, promotion and implementation of customer service learning initiatives for the Corporation Collaborate with line departments to design and implement learning initiatives that develop current and potential talent in their units Assist in engaging internal and external stakeholders to plan, deliver and evaluate effective training and development solutions according to the business needs Act as a Programme Manager of various curriculum programmes Conduct analyses and reports on learning initiatives Conduct research and identify learning and development best practices Requirements Degree in a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ experience, of which 3 years should at supervisory level Good facilitation and coaching, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Having experience with talent development programs is beneficial.
