Responsibilities Assist in engaging internal and external stakeholders to plan, deliver and evaluate effective management / soft skills training and development solutions according to the business needs Act as a Programme Manager of various curriculum programmes Conduct analyses and compile reports on learning initiatives Conduct research and identify learning and development best practices Requirements Degree in a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ experience, of which 3 years should at supervisory level Good facilitation and coaching, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Having experience with talent development programs is beneficial Hands-on experience in various software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and learning technology offerings Experience in visualisation tool in learning analytic and Learning Management System is preferred High level of proactiveness, ability to work under pressure and commitment to timeline Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
