OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate early years professional to support staff training and development across our nurseries to maintain high quality teaching and learning for the children. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves mentoring, coaching, and driving quality practice.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5, EYTS or similar desirable)
• Previous experience in mentoring, training, or leading practice
• Strong understanding of child development and quality provision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, reflective, and proactive
• Able to travel between sites as needed

• Support delivery of training sessions and training days
• Coach and mentor staff to improve teaching and care
• Lead on staff CPD tracking and professional development plans
• Carry out in-room observations and provide feedback
• Promote the EYFS 2025 and Birth to 5 Matters guidance
• Support induction of new staff, apprentices, and Room Leaders
• Work closely with the Area L&D Manager and senior team
• Ensure our curriculum and pedagogy are embedded consistently
