The Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences of the Faculty of Science (https://www.ees.cuhk.edu.hk/) invites outstanding applicants for an Assistant Lecturer position for the M.Sc. Programme.
Applicants should have (i) a higher degree (at least at the Master's level) in earth and environmental sciences, data analytics, or related fields; (ii) relevant research and/or teaching experience at tertiary institutions; and (iii) an excellent command of spoken and written English. The appointee will (a) teach at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels courses related to earth and environmental data analytics; (b) lead tutorials and labs for the MSc in earth and environmental analytics for sustainability; and (c) assist with day-to-day operations and administration of the MSc in earth and environmental analytics for sustainability.
Appointment will initially be made on a contract basis for one year commencing August 2026, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
