Description

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Lifestyle Manager primarily responsible for Lifestyle Program administration and oversight, and to assist with other management responsibilities of a community in the Lancaster, SC area.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule with some nights and weekends required.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and provide oversight to a diverse range and full calendar of community events and activities
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for lifestyle programming, including vendor negotiations and securing sponsorships
  • Collaborate with Board designates, community committees and volunteers to promote and implement events and activities
  • Plan and provide oversight to wellness programs that promote healthy living among community members
  • Oversee maintenance, reservations and rentals of community amenities used for events and activities
  • Engage with community members, gathering feedback on past events and suggestions for future programming to ensure alignment with community interests.
  • Evaluate the success of lifestyle programming for periodic reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Maintain communications to homeowners and calendaring of events and activities
  • Assist Lifestyle Manager in all aspects of community operations and administrative needs, (i.e., preparing reports & implementing directives for Board of Directors, vendor management, FOB processing, resident inquiries, etc.)
