• Pre-staging of applications and other customer requests

Manages correspondence with clients and third-party vendors

• Perfect Crop Lien Filings
• Assist in performing Periodic Reviews
• Must be familiar with and comply with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties including Bank Secrecy Act Policies
• Understands and comply with all RAF and bank anti-money laundering, compliance, and all other applicable laws
• Answer & document details of support calls resolving minor to complex issues
• Communicate with customers effectively and seek additional information for clarification
